The Communist Party of China should always walk in the forefront of the times, we must always represent the majority of young people, win the majority of youth, rely on the majority of young people. Facing the world national condition, Party conditions continue to undergo profound changes, their world outlook, outlook on life and values are affected, problems of quality guarantee and evaluation mechanism for college student party members’development is not perfect. Establish and perfect the student party members’ quality guarantee and evaluation mechanism, the young college students excellent absorption to the party organization to the team, and ensure the quality is of great significance.The research is about the development of college student members of the Chinese Communist Party. The thesis begins with the latest situation of this field, it combines with empirical research and based on the investigation of five colleges’ students in Sichuan. In order to construct the development of quality assurance and the evaluation mechanism of college student members of the Chinese Communist Party, this thesis analyses the present situations, limitations and reasons of the development college student members of the Chinese Communist Party. Here are some specific points as follows.First, comprehending present situation is the basic study. Starting from the research’s background and significance of this research. The present situation of the research and its limitations are summarized from five aspects including the motivation to join the party, the training of the members of the Chinese Communist Party, the Party-organized activities, the construction of the Chinese Communist Party member team and the expansion of the work related to college student members of the Chinese Communist Party, in an attempt to explore the research tendency. Then summarize the methods, contents and the existing deficiencies of this research. At the same time we should clarify the development of college student members of the Chinese Communist Party and the college student party members of the Chinese Communist Party development, we should know the relationship of them, we also should make sure the theoretical principle of this research then we can go ahead.Second, clearing the meaning and clarifying the situation. First of all, it is pointed out that the complicated situation to strengthen the quality assurance of development of college students’ Party and construction of evaluation mechanism at home and abroad, The communist party of China has always attached great importance to the cultivation of the youth, the communist party of China has always focused on the growth of college student party members and insure the quality, the development of higher education in China is facing a new situation, and it exists some problems in the current situation of developing party members of college students, there are five aspects pointed out above. Next, excepting the existing literature and investigation and research of undergraduate students from five universities in Sichuan province, we find out the present situation, existing problems and deficiencies in the current college students’ party construction through six aspects such as the students’ motivation to join the party, study of the development, cultivation of education, organization construction, organizational life and follow-up supervision. Analysis of the major causes of the problems of the college students’ Party Construction at present from four levels of social environment, the student Party member team, college students, Party building work mechanism of student party building work team.Third, focusing on the reality and build protection mechanisms. By adopting the spirit of educating people, and ensure the quality of Student Party Members from standardized procedures and the whole process, building "five in one" Student Party Members quality guarantee mechanism can be realistic through education, improving the system, setting up the team and doing a good job in the team, that is the Five bodies together.
