Quality Assurance Mechanism Research On College Student Communist Party Members Of China

College students as constructors of and successors to the Socialist cause, shoulders the historical mission of revitalizing the country, represent the future of the country and hope. As the elite groups of college students--College students party member, level of quality, tone, style,and class formation in colleges and universities,affecting the party’s image among the students,the future of socialism.Therefore, the development of University student party members must be strict quality control. According to challenges faced by the development of college student party members in the new era,continue to explore research mechanism to guarantee the quality of party members among college students,constantly strengthen the development of college student party members,qualified constructors of and successors to cultivate high quality to protect the development of China’s Socialist construction well and quickly,have important significance.This paper from the five aspects of the college student Party member quality guarantee mechanism for research:the first part is the introduction.Mainly discusses the background,purpose and significance, literature review,theoretical tools and methods,basic content, innovation and deficiency.In the understanding of the existing literature on the basis of introduction,this writing intention and writing frame.This second part of the paper discusses the connotations of the quality guarantee system of party members of college students and relevant theory and challenges faced by,proposed for the later analyze the causes and countermeasures to lay a solid foundation.Part Ⅲ focuses on the current situation of quality guarantee mechanism of college student party members and accomplishments,described from before the reform and opening up to the present efforts made to guarantee the quality of party members of college students,and fully affirmed the results achieved.Part IV summary analysis of the education of party members of college students,organization mechanisms,carrier systems,assessment mechanisms,existing mechanisms such as the development of a variety of issues,and analyse the reasons.Part five is the focus of this article,separate from party members of college students quality education mechanism and working mechanism of the party’s security mechanisms,carrier,assessment mechanisms,standards, and development of mechanisms,detailed exposition of the basic framework of the quality guarantee mechanism of college student party members,specific requirements and recommendations,to advance the quality of party members of college students work to provide a feasibility proposal.
