Research On The Quality Of College Student Party Members In The New Era From The Perspective Of College Party Building

Since the 19 th National Congress,China has a new historical orientation,and China has entered a new era.This is based on the development of our Party and state undertakings,the nearly40 years of reform and opening up,and the historic achievements and changes of the 18 th National Congress in the past five years.In the new era,we have new characteristics,new goals,new theories.The new feature is that the main contradictions in our society have changed.The new goal is to comprehensively build socialist modernization countries in two steps.Xi Jinping's new era of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics is our new theory.The report of the 19 th National Congress calls for upholding and strengthening the comprehensive leadership of the Communist Party of China in the cause of the Party and the state,and adhering to the Party's need to govern the Party and strictly govern the Party in all respects.This is a request made at the height of advancing the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The aim is to improve the leadership and governance of the Party.At the same time,this is also a new requirement for General Secretary Xi Xi to sum up his experience,build on reality,and point out the construction of the Party in the new era.Party members of college students are an important part of Party members,but new characteristics and new problems have appeared in the Party members themselves in the new era.Better to lead the nation in a concerted effort to complete the tasks and missions of the new era.It is a systematic project to improve the quality of party members of college students.It is not only necessary to take the characteristics of college students in the new era as the starting point,but also to analyze and solve problems from the external and new environment of university party members.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality of college party members from the point of view of the construction of university party members,and puts forward some measures to solve them,which is conducive to the formation of a rigorous system engineering for improving the quality of college party members.The process of improving the quality of college student party members in the new era is also a process of management of college student party members.It can be divided into three stages,namely,the cultivation and development before joining the party,the education and management after joining the party,and the withdrawal of college student party members from these three stages.In these three stages,it is necessary to find out the factors that affect the quality of the party members in the new era from all aspects of the construction of the university party,and provide guarantees for the improvement of the quality of the party members of college students.The specific expression is: To improve the quality of party members of college students,we must start from the three main bodies of university party organizations,party affairs workers,and university party members at these three stages,and under the "5 +2" layout of the party building.Find out the measures already taken and the problems that still exist in politics,thought,organization,style of work and discipline to improve the quality of university party members in the new era,and put forward corresponding measures to solve them.At the same time,it also runs through the entire process of institutional construction and anti-corruption work.In this way,a new era has been formed to improve the quality of party members of the University building grid.Party member construction is an important part of the construction of party members in the new era.Party member construction is also a key part of party organization construction.Party organization construction affects party construction.Therefore,the quality of Party members in the new era will ultimately affect the new era of our Party's construction of a new great project,which is closely related to the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of our Party and country.In the first part of this paper,the author summarizes the relevant concepts of the quality of college students,defines the quality of college students,the theoretical basis of the quality of college students and the quality standards of college students.Then the paper analyzes the urgency and significance of improving the quality of college student party members.In the second part of the article,on the basis of the relevant University party building materials that have been investigated and consulted,we conducted interviews with party workers and college students.This paper summarizes the measures and problems of the development and management of university party organizations and party workers in the new era. Finally,on the basis of this,this paper analyzes the way of improving the quality of college student party members in the new era,in order to provide reference for solving the problems existing in the quality of college student party members in the new era.
