Internet indeed makes a huge change to our society, but also gives newproblems and challenges to the human rights system. Freedom of expression in themedium of the Internet to develop a new form of expression, because the Internet makestraditional regulatory measures is flagging in the transmission of information andremarks on the high-speed characteristics, while expression of freedom in China’sInternet there are many obstacles with standardized laws and regulations, we need tothink deeply about how to make lawful and reasonable regulation of these forms.The author based on specific analysis of the value of freedom of expression andhuman rights system, select the highlight several key links in our practice to make thefinishing using the method of comparative analysis and lessons learned, try to analyzethe contradictions and problems with foreign experience, then take my own solutionThis thesis is divided into four chapters, the first chapter briefly introduced thebasic concepts of freedom of expression; pointed out some of the basic principles andregulation on freedom of expression as well as foreign experience, especially if youwant to limit the freedom of expression must give valid reasons and legal means;Chapter3and Chapter4will be paying attention to the reality of our lives, in theunderstanding and analysis of specific issues, aimed exposed the drawbacks of China’sprotection of Internet freedom of expression, and proposed to solve the problem.
