The Reserch On Petty Officers Cadres’Mental Health Education

Petty Officers academies are the cradle and bases of training high-quality new Petty Officers personnel for the Information wars, mental health conditions of Petty Officers cadres have been paid more and more attention by the whole army. By the investigation and analysis, we can initially understand about Petty Officers cadres’ mental health condition and its changing feature. Through the investigation and analysis, we can master that among Petty Officers cadres what are the major psychological problems and how serious they are, so that actual proofs are provided for following research about Petty Officers cadres’ mental health education.(3) The third procedure mainly discusses the ways about cultivating Petty Officers cadres’ mental health education. Importance is attached to the procedure.The result of the research shows:(1) Through testing two hundred Petty Officers cadres by EPQ and SCL-90, Petty Officers cadres’mental health condition in companies built is significantly worst in comparison with normal adults and ordinary officers. Petty Officers cadres’ unhealthy mental symptoms mainly show:obsessive-compulsive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, depression. Petty Officers cadres’ personality belongs to be extroversion and unsteady. The result points out that it is very great urgent to conduct Petty Officers cadres’ mental health education and research in companies built.(2) Make a detailed study of the origins of Petty Officers cadres’ psychological problems, strengthen mental health education of Petty Officers academies, improve Petty Officers cadres’ healthy psychological training models, enhance social psychological support and prevent treatment measures, attach importance to family mental health education and individual psychological training models. In view of putting forth to improve Petty Officers cadres’mental health level and develop actively Petty Officers cadres’mental health training models. So the models are fairly possible as well as efficient.
