Research On The Relationship Among Job Stress,Resilience And Mental Health Of Grass-roots Police Officers

Resilience is a kind of personal trait that individuals use their own resources to protect themselves under the condition of pressure.In recent years,resilience has gradually become a hot topic in the domestic and foreign scholars study,previous research has shown that there is a close relationship between resilience and mental health,improve the resilience of police at the basic level,is conducive to the development of their mental health.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the status of police at the basic level of resilience and public security police work pressure,the relationship between psychological resilience and mental health,enrich the study of resilience,and provide effective psychological training for public security police.In this study,Professor Yang Yanzhong revised the Chinese version of the pressure perception scale(CPSS),the Chinese Academy of Sciences Dr.Xiao Nan,the Chinese version of the revised Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Li Hong and the revised version of the The general health questionnaire(GQH-20),with 260 policemen in each urban area of Baoding city as subjects,to explore the relationship between psychological resilience and mental health of public security police work pressure,through descriptive analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,draw the following conclusions:public security policework pressure is in the middle level,resilience is medium level of psychological health in the middle and lower level;public security police work pressure,mental health and mental health have significant differences in police variables;There was a significant positive correlation between job stress and mental health,job stress and resilience were significantly negatively correlated with mental health;There is a partial mediating effect between psychological stress and mental health of the police at the basic level,and there is a complete mediating role between resilience and psychological health.
