| The fast pace of social life and the complexity,diversity and frequentness of social contradictions have led to an upward trend in the psychological pressure of civil servants,which has made the mental health problems of civil servants increasingly prominent.Due to the special nature of civil servants’ occupations,the mental health status of civil servants will affect their work,society and national interests.How to improve the mental health status of civil servants is of great significance to improve the current job burnout,brain drain and improve the efficiency of civil servants.Based on the current mental health control in civil servant training,this paper is based on the exploration of the problems existing in the current civil servant mental health education.This paper mainly takes Daqing City civil servants as the investigation object,and takes the customer satisfaction theory,training demand analysis theory and positive environmental theory as the theoretical support.It summarizes the current situation of the civil servant mental health education in Daqing City through questionnaires and interviews.The problem.Based on the survey data,there are four major problems: First,the goal of mental health education is one-sided and ambiguous;second,the education level is not deep,lack follow-up;third,the content of mental health education is fragmented.Fourth,the lack of precise positioning of mental health education objects.In order to analyze the reasons for the above problems,from the construction of the mental health education needs analysis system,the government departments lead,improve the scientific content of the education content,the educational objects are precisely positioned several angles.It gives suggestions on how to effectively carry out mental health education for civil servants in Daqing City to promote and maintain the mental health of civil servants and improve the effectiveness of civil servant mental health education. |
