Gansu Province Legal Countermeasures For Forced Isolation Of Addicts Upon Their Return To Society

Issued by the drug laws and regulations on the drug,from the perspective of a national drug works,public security and judicial departments set up compulsory isolation detoxification organ,to undertake a large number of compulsory isolation detoxification task.So far the compulsory isolation detoxification mode in our country plays an important role in detoxification system,become treatments for addiction to drugs personnel and education the main way. Based on a case of successful detoxification in our province as an example,from personnel involved in the process of drug addiction and return to society,legal issues,compulsory isolation detoxification system background,perfect compulsory isolation detoxification and community cohesion,build of recovery after the addicts upon their return to society,elaborates the relapse prevention mechanism and so on,aims to explore the drug addicts in the whole process of compulsory isolation detoxification and return to society,the legal protection and policy support. At present,a new mode of drug and drug rehabilitation work is still in the pilot phase, the exploration and it’s important that how to solve the problem of addicts upon their return to society.
