Study On Human Resource Management Of Hainan Maritime Security Department

Public institutions with Chinese characteristics are the type of organization which not only mainly gathers all kinds of talents in China but also be an important place to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. Therefore, to reform the management system of human resources of public institutions has important significance in construct a high-quality professional and technical personnel team, promote economic development and social progress and realize the grand goal of China’s reform, opening up and modernization construction.Firstly, based on the current situation of human resources management of Hainan maritime security department, this paper summarizes the main content and three stages of the reform in view of the existing problems.
