With the deep development of the Internet, Chinese citizens’ network political participation have effectively promoted. Junior college students as political socialization strength larger group, this paper focuses on how the network political participation situation are, what factors influence their network political participation behavior, and how to regulate the behavior of their network political participation.On the basis of literature research, through a investigation of159junior college students of Hunan province,to understand the junior college students’basic conditions of network political participation, explore different students characteristics cause the differences of the network politics participation enthusiasm, analyze the influence and the influence degree of network contact degree, E-government satisfaction, network political participation recognition, accomplishment of the network participation, political literacy, campus activities on the junior college students’network political participation enthusiasm.Studies find that junior college students network political participation enthusiasm is in average, of which the most active is participatory network political activities, followed by the network political information acquisition, finally is autonomy political network interaction; Boys in autonomy political network interaction enthusiasm is significantly higher than girls; E-government satisfaction, enthusiasm of campus activities and junior college students network political participation enthusiasm is apparently positive correlation; The influence and the influence degree of E-government satisfaction, network political participation recognition, accomplishment of the network participation, political literacy, campus activities on participatory network political activities, network political information acquisition, autonomy political network interaction exist differences.
