Marx’s labor happiness theory after sprouting, construct and sublimation three stages of development, formed a relatively complete labor happiness theory. This includes access to the labor theory of happiness happy conditions, labor and the nature of happiness and well-being of labor in an important role. Marx’s theory advocated happiness is critical theory, practice, and the people of the dialectical unity. He criticized capitalist society exploitation of human nature, emphasizing through labor to be happy, standing on the position of the liberation of all mankind made mankind happy perspective, emphasizing the material well-being and spiritual happiness is happiness unity. Marx’s Labor Theory of Happiness helps people to abandon alienated labor and alienation happiness, to establish a correct concept of labor and happiness, reaffirming the role and value of labor, maintaining the dignity of labor and workers will not only help workers obtain personal happiness, also contributed to the development of social civilization.Marx believed that only "free conscious" of human labor is the only source of happiness. Mankind through labor creates material and spiritual civilization and the progressive realization in the labor process of self-affirmation. Conscious labor and free access to the labor needs liberation, the liberation of labor is to change the private ownership of production mode of production, the only way to eliminate the alienation of labor, elimination of all sorts of social alienation. Therefore, access to productive resources is a prerequisite labor liberation, the liberation of labor is the premise of the liberation of workers, laborers received only liberated mankind before they can be liberated and happy life.
