| Happiness is the lofty ideals of humankind. Throughout the ages, the concept ofhappiness has experienced a gradual process of dialectical development. At the same time, theexploration on the topic of Marxists has never ended. Since the end of2012,the newleadership of the CPC Central Committee pays great attention to the development of oursociety, which profoundly demonstrates the strong trend of further advancement of socialismwith Chinese characteristics and rejuvenation of the nation’s great history. Currently, theChinese government advocates slogans and policies to introduce people’s happiness level intothe evaluation system of social development. However, individual’s understanding andfeelings can be quite different due to the variations of factors like economic bases, socialenvironment, aspirations, attitudes and so on. The article mainly focuses on how to establish acorrect concept of happiness, so as to guide people to create and feel the sense of happiness.Twists and turns are inevitable in the transformation of whole society. In order to followthis trend, the Marxist concept of happiness should dig deeper and explore its intrinsic value.No period of China has more longing for national rejuvenation, wealth and happiness than thecontemporary China. This article, rooted in the current social situation and based on thetheory of Marxist concept of happiness, probes the source of social stirring of thoughts,explains the relations between Marxist concept of happiness and current social system in theperiod of social transformation. The establishment of Marxist concept of happiness will guidesocialist ideology and encourage people to pursue a harmonious and prosperous society ofhappiness. It will also promote the rapid development and structural transformation of thesociety. The practices of people building the nation and leading happy lives is the source ofsocialist ideology with Chinese characteristics, which highlights the enduring value andvitality of Marxist theory. |
