Research On Family Moral Under The Background Of New Socialist Countryside

Building a new socialist countryside is an important issue to push forward the processof modernization in rural areas and to solve the "three rural" issues, promote rural spiritualcivilization, and comprehensively improve the farmers and moral qualities. The newsocialist rural family moral education is the key to grasp the moral education of farmersand it plays a pivotal role in improving the overall moral standards.This article is under the background of a new socialist countryside construction. Itfocuses on the moral education of the new socialist rural households and combines with thesurvey results of five counties in Langfang City, Hebei Province. It analyzes the personalethics, family ethics and the rural social atmosphere. The analysis results show that: InChina’s vast rural areas, social problems in rural areas are serious, such as personal ethicsand moral cultivation declined; the family ethics deviation; human indifferent alienated;old and evil custom force prevalence. There are three main reasons to the problemsmentioned above: First of all, the family influencing factors are mainly the problems ofrural children left behind and rural old people; Second, the family influencing factors aremainly the poor leadership of the rural grass-rootsleaders, serious rural ancestral and weakemotion in the neighborhood; Third, Farmers own reasons are the farmerist serious moneyconcept, weak legal concept as well as the ideals and beliefs.Strengthening the family and moral education of a new socialist countryside shouldstart in the political, economic, cultural and social areas in order to ensure family andmoral education to be comprehensive and systematic. First of all, we should strengthen theconstruction of rural infrastructure, vigorously develop non-agricultural industries, andpromote the construction of small towns in oder to provide a strong material security forthe moral education of the new rural families; Second, we should strengthen the functionof the political protection of the moral education of the new rural families. We couldenhance the leadership capacity of grassroots leadership organization and promote the paceof legal construction in rural areas; Third, we should speed up the construction of ruralculture network. We could strengthen farmers’ socialist ideal and belief education andcarry out cultural and recreational activities. In addition, we should perfect the social securitysystem in rural areas. Through comprehensive governance of political, economic, cultural and social fields, it would effectively improve the moral qualities of farmers and alsowould make farmers truly become a strong supporter and the new force of building a newsocialist countryside.
