Buying Online is based on the rise of the Internet as a new consumption patterns. With many advantages, the network buy many young people preferred online shopping has become. According to the China Electronic Commerce Research Center just released data show, buy the market scale of annual turnover in2012reached34.85billion yuan in the size of the2011turnover of21.632billion yuan, an increase of61%. Buying Online has become an important consumer model to promote the prosperity of China’s network market, improve people’s consumer services network has played an important role.The network buy sites are good and bad, at the same time, the problem of unfair competition, the quality of fraud consequent growing number of consumer disputes and complaints. A survey report from the National Consumer Association shows, not only a large number of network buy disputes, complex type. Dispute has been a formidable challenge. Therefore, the exploration of effective consumer protection mechanism in network buy, and not for the protection of consumers’ rights and interests, to maintain the vitality of the network buy particularly urgent due to the negative impact has been offset.Based on the discussion above, the paper is divided into five sections including the introduction:Introduction to major significance of the topic, ask questions, as well as domestic and international literature review, the basic ideas and the main content, research methods and innovations.The second part is based on the analysis of Buying Online Consumer Protection status survey report, carding network buy specific performance against the interests of consumers.Part Three and Part Four is the reason of the the network buy consumers infringement type analysis, respectively, from outside the legal system (the focus of analysis website and sales responsibilities, the website market access and regulatory, dispute resolution three aspects) and internal self-regulatory mechanism(emphasis reputation analysis, market discipline, and the lack of third-party enforcement mechanism) to parse two aspects.
