Study On The Protection Of Vulnerable Groups In China——Based On The Perspective Of Distributive Justice

"Justice", the human society has been widely thought and explore the proposition, it represents the desire of the people for the good things, in pursuit of the highest spiritual values, it also undertake the reality of social development and economic."Distributive justice" is an important part of the justice.it is an important manifestation of the concept of justice in the area of distribution, distributive justice to comply with the principles of justice, the ways and means to guide people to the pursuit of justice in each stage of the social.Vulnerable groups, which exist in each social formation, the level of social development, a country in order to continue the healthy and stable development, we must face up to the problem of the existence of vulnerable groups in the society, vulnerable groups manifested form, often in this country development revealed the urgent need to address the problem, is an effective means of testing the soundness of the social system, is an important way to find the root of the problem. From our point of view, concern and resolve the problems of vulnerable groups is a visual manifestation of the "people foremost" concept of development is good way reflect the superiority of socialism with Chinese characteristics.From the founding to the present, China’s development has undergone many changes in the whole, has made remarkable achievements, a qualitative change in the quality of life of the members of the society, on the other hand, in the process of rapid development many problems of a large population base, the state of development of the regional imbalance, caused by vulnerable groups in China, there are many reasons, Research vulnerable groups to better protection must discover the main reason to solve the main contradiction.Distributive justice for the vulnerable groups in China safeguard this perspective:to explore the phenomenon caused by vulnerable groups from the fundamental level, and provides the principles to be followed to solve this problem. Accordingly, this article is divided into three chapters:The first chapter reviews the aspects of justice and distributive justice theory, expounded the basic views on the solution to a different allocation principles when facing disadvantaged groups, by looking at the second chapter of in allocation of development process, and try to build the allocation principles apply to the protection of vulnerable groups, and social development at this stage. The third chapter discusses the system of regulations and policies related system settings, legal design principle.
