In this Paper, take Daqing’s Comprehensive Enforcement Bureau as the main studyobject. Daqing city urban management comprehensive law enforcement agency hasbeen11years since it was founded in2002. Based on the established11years ofcomprehensive law enforcement practice as the background, with many experts andscholars at home and abroad to study as the theoretical basis, in part to the domestic andforeign city comprehensive law enforcement practice advanced city of citycomprehensive law enforcement experience as a reference, this paper on this basis,summarizes the achievements of daqing city comprehensive law enforcement, find thedeficiencies and defects, and further put forward to solve the problems that exists inconcrete countermeasures to improve the urban management comprehensive lawenforcement.
