But a lot of problems in judicial practice and actual operation of housing registration process, resulting in the real property after several lawsuits, exhausted all remedies still can not effectively safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, the problems in practice haunts the line judge, but there is still no clear answer, to increase many parties v.tired also reduced the court and the registration of real estate agencies work efficiency.This paper consists of three parts, the first part, introduces the repeal of housing ownership certificates to the case and the focus of controversy housing is still no major state unable to handle the housing ownership certificate case; the second part, from China’s current legal framework of immovable property, the actual creation of immovable property registration practice perspective analysis of the case, the fous of dispute, the decision and the formation of the actual registration operation legal deadlock analysis; the third parts summarizes, the similar cases in judicial practice in the confusion was summarized and reported, colleagues put emphasis on the possibility of the retention of the original "City housing managenment authority registration" error correction mechanism rationality, and gives the solution to the legal advice for similar cases.
