Overall, madegreat achievements, got rid of the situation that have little laws, sot up the basic legalsystem to adapt to the socialist market economy development, especially in2011, the legalsystem of socialism with Chinese characteristics was formed. But at the same time, thereare still some problems at present. Discusses the efficacy of law in China, to realize thelegislative purpose, building the order of law, promoting the construction of the rule of lawhave the profound significance.The study of efficacy of law in China is still in its infancy, related theoreticalachievements are limited. Chinese scholars on efficacy of law of existing research, havenot been found some scholars from the perspective of the natural person to research, theefficacy of law problem to carry on the research and exploration in our country. The authorthinks that the natural person to the efficacy of law is very important, but so far, theresearch on this attention is not enough, so the author from the perspective of the naturalperson to discuss the current situation of the efficacy of law in China. The existing researchof efficacy of law in China, use the pure theoretical research model, there are littleresearchers use the empirical research method. The author uses empirical research methods.First, collects the empirical material research of the typical social hot issues. Second,makes the data statistics. By this way, discusses the current situation of the efficacy of lawin China.There are four chapters in this article, besides the introduction and the last part.In the first chapter, defines the basic theory of efficacy of law problem. The maincontent is to define the connotation, characteristic, evaluation standard and evaluationmethods about the efficacy of law. First, introduces the existing research results. Second,determines the connotation, evaluation standard and evaluation methods about the efficacyof law used in this article. The purpose of writing these two points is in order to supportand service core argument in this article.In the second chapter, in the perspective of the natural person discusses the currentsituation of the efficacy of law in China. The author is from the perspective of the naturalperson to discuss and analyze. The author analyses and demonstrates the core argument:there are different conditions in different types of natural person about the efficacy of lawin China. Use the following steps:First, collects the empirical material about the typical social hot issues. It introducesthe typical cases, the reasons and the selection criteria.Second, researches the empirical material, as generalization, trim, analysis. In theempirical material, the different types of the natural person published their views and opinions related cases. During the discourse, different natural person talked about differenttopics. The author classifies the natural person and the topics into different parts.
