The Research About Military Quality Training Mechanism Of National Defense Students Of China

Cultivating national defense students includes the training of politics quality、military quality and cultural quality, the military quality is not only the most important content of the cultivation system, but also the most important symbol which measure the qualified military personnel.The survey found that, from the state council and the CMC promulgated the decision on the establishment of training the army of the cadre system relying on general higher education on May2000, training military cadres in college has made remarkable achievement, especially it has accumulated rich experience on the training military quality and has been drafted into a successful pattern. However, due to various factors, there are still some problems in the practice. These problems have restricted the improvement of the military quality of national defense students and became the obstacles in the training. Reforming the military quality training system of national defense students has become the most urgent task in the training military cadres.This text is based on the theory contacting practice, with the "present situation——problem——countermeasure" thought and using relevant management theory and knowledge of Higher Education, it gave a multi-angle analysis on the military quality training system of national defense students. At the base of a academic research of the military quality training system, from the practice of domestic and foreign military quality training, through investigation and comparison, it studied the elements of national defense students military quality training system respectively. Finally, it put forward some reform strategies from legal system、organization and leadership system、training content system、training methodology、training operational system and training security system.Studying the military quality training system of national defense students of china has important theoretical and practical significance, which can provide some theoretical guidance and practical support for cultivating more qualified military personnel for the army.
