Research On The Existing Problems And Quality Improvement Countermeasures In The Cultivation Of The National Defense Students In Our Country

At present, the cultivation of the National Defense Students(NDS) in our country should experience the three stages of 4 years of higher education in colleges and universities, one years of post education in military academy and job training in army basic unit generally.Firstly, this paper find out the current situation of the comprehensive quality of the NDS and found the gap in meeting the needs of the army, through the research of the units which employed the NDS. General reaction of the basic units of the NDS's scientific and cultural quality is strong, but the ideological and political quality, military quality, physical quality and psychological quality is weak.Then take the way of problem forced, through the investigation of the training situation in the three stages of higher education, post education and job training, and the coordination situation of the headquarters leading organs, found the problems existing in the training process of the NDS. Currently, the three stage of the NDS training lack of coordination and disjointed. Basically, each training unit is managed the stage of their own and fighting themselves. Then caused the situation of the waste of resources, low efficiency and low training quality. These problems including enrollment is not flexible enough, the incentive mechanism is not perfect, the training content is not standardized, the team needs to be strengthened, continuous training is not coherent, etc.Then the reasons for these problems are analyzed. Mainly because of the lack of sound legal and policy system, the lack of effective leadership and management system, the lack of training programs throughout the entire process, the lack of cognitive science of the laws of cultivation, etc.Finally, explore ways to improve the training quality of the NDS. Construct efficient and smooth culture system. This paper puts forward some countermeasures suggestions from the aspects of law system construction, training model construction and team construction. Thus forming a interlocking and layer upon layer progressives training system of the NDS through three stages of higher education, post education and job training.
