Study On The Construction Of China’s Wealth Gap Problem Under The Background Of Harmonious Society

Firstly, with the deepening of reform and opening up, people’s living standards are improving, in the context advocated building a socialist harmonious society, the extent of the gap between rich and poor in China is growing. As China’s economy continues rapid growth and the improvement of the comprehensive national strength, the gap between rich and poor has been intensifying serious harm to social stability and sustainable economic development. Secondly, reasonable gap between the rich and the poor can contribute to the improvement of economic efficiency, on the contrary, the disparity gap between the rich and the poor would cause turmoil in the people’s hatred of the rich psychological and social order, thus impeding the benign economic development and socialist harmonious society construction. Therefore, we only have to play an active role in the gap between the rich and the poor, to suppress their negative effects, in order to contribute to the construction of a harmonious society in China, and promote the prosperity of the socialist market economy.
