On The Distribution Of Income Legislation

Income distribution system is a fundamental，basic system of socialist market economicsystem is an important cornerstone． Since reform and opening，China’s economic andsocial development has made remarkable achievements in the field of income distribution butalso increasingly accumulated contradictions，has aroused widespread concern． Especiallyas the adjustment of national income distribution and the relationship between national lawsand regulations of the income distribution legislation still in its infancy，the three stages ofthe national income distribution in many areas，there are still many gaps in all aspects，needimprovement． It is gratifying that after nine years of deliberation，February3，2013，theState Council approved the National Development and Reform Commission，Ministry ofFinance，the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security "on the deepening of thereform of the income distribution system number of opinions"，notice requirements adhereto both primary and secondary distribution adjustment to increase the income of urban andrural social people，narrow the income gap and standardize income distribution as the focus，and gradually form a reasonable and orderly pattern of income distribution，to accelerate thedistribution of income-related legislation in the field． Since this is an objective reality，from the basic theory of income distribution legislative talk，analysis of China’s incomedistribution legislative status quo，draw a foreign legislative experience，and thus improveour income distribution proposed legislative proposals．This article divides into four parts．． The first part of economics，finance，law Probeinto three levels based on the distribution of income legislation in order to provide atheoretical basis for this study． The second part discusses the practice of legislative basis forthe distribution of income． Legislation on China’s income distribution through thebackground paper analyzes the history and development of income distribution and incomedistribution major legislative achievements，on the basis of the income distribution of China’slegislative find defects． The third part focuses on the foreign income distribution legislativepractice and make some comparative analysis，resulting in Present Income Distributionlegislative some inspiration． The fourth part of the concept from the legislative remodeling， improvement of the legislative process，the legal system optimization level，on how toimprove income distribution in China made a number of legislative proposals or vision．...
