Psychosocial competence training is an important content of adolescent mental healtheducation. Psychosocial competence is refers to the individual can effectively deal withlife all kinds of challenge ability and individual keep healthy psychology as well as show apositive adaptive behavior ability with others, society and environment. Psychosocialcompetence are necessary individual survival skills, it to maintain individual survival,promote the development of individual has positive effect. Especially to juvenile offender selfpersonality development and perfection has an irreplaceable role. Minor crime is a specialgroup, if there is no complete Psychosocial competence training in prison environment,will be lead to a minor crime committed again. According to fritz’s study, the Juvenileoffender psycho-social ability training not only helps to improve the "superego", and set thecorrect values to Juvenile offender, avoid committing crimes again has a great significance.Designed three research: study one on the basis of literature review, open questionnairesurvey, individual interview presented, Put forward minor Psychosocial competencetheoretical assumptions, and compiled minor Psychosocial competence situationquestionnaire; study two use the Psychosocial competence investigation questionnaire toanalyze the characteristics of juvenile psychological social ability.The three was selected10minor and make group training and test intervention effects.The results showed as follows:(1) Minor Psychosocial competence scale was constituted by the eight dimensions asfollowing: communication and coordination ability、self-control、introversion、curiosity、abstractedness、superiority、team consciousness、self-evaluation. The empirical model andtheoretical model roughly fitting. This scale Conform to the requirements of psychometrics,the each dimension coefficient all above0.6, questionnaire overall coefficient a is0.827,Content accords with the requirements of juvenile psychological social ability, can be used asa juvenile psychological social ability assessment tools.(2) The characteristics of the Juvenile Offender Psychosocial competence,curiosity,self assessment,introspective,team consciousnes, self-control, communication and coordinationability,superiority,social response. The highest score is Curiosity and the second is selfevaluation and introspective, what’s more the superiority, social response to a minimum.(3)In a certain degree,through the group counseling, intervention group Psychologicalsocial ability has improved to t compared the before and after the test and have achievedsignificant difference, so show the effectiveness of intervention has certain.
