In the classical set theory, the division of objects have often clear boundary. But when faced with randomness, fuzziness, and roughness and inaccuracy problems, the classical set theory is unable to solve them. Three generalized theories of fuzzy sets, rough sets and soft sets based on classical set theory effectively help us to solve the problem of many uncertainties. In this paper through set theory, we discuss the generalized methods about the above three theories and the relationship between them.In the second, third and fourth parts of this paper, we present the concepts, forms and operations of fuzzy sets, rough sets and soft sets, analyzes the relations among them with classical set theory. Moreover through examples, we give some applications to solve the problem by theory of uncertainty. In the fifth part we discuss the relationship among fuzzy sets, rough sets and soft sets theory. We analyzes the similarities and differences among theories of fuzzy set, rough set and soft set. we study the theories of compound among the three theories, such as the concept of fuzzy rough sets, rough fuzzy sets, and compare the relationship between fuzzy sets and rough sets. Through the above analysis, this paper offers new tools for people to solve practical problems.
