1.5million tons/year aromatics hydrogenation project to produce a large number of acidic waste water, the need for stripping process. Stripping device capacity of50t/h, the operation of the device flexibility is50%~110%.The device starts in hours for8000hours. We analyzed the technology and energy of the stripping unit, putted forward the process scheme and equipment measures of energy conservation.First of all, the process of the acid waste water stripping process were analyzed.Stripping of acid waste water treatment device has carried on the comprehensive energy consumption analysis and find out the cause of the high energy consumption. Proposed process energy saving scheme and by using Pro/Ⅱ simulation software to process simulation calculation of the entire unit. Suitable operation parameters influence for the process is investigated in the process of simulation.Secondly, using the thermodynamic methods to unit equipment has carried on the effective analysis and calculation. Find out the effective and effective utilization of low loss larger unit equipment and analyze the equipment effective results. Find out the target and direction of energy saving optimization equipment. Put forward the corresponding decrease the dosage of the utility of circulating water and make full use of low temperature heat energy saving measures and improvement plan.Simulated and calculated the improved device, analyzed the unit energy consumption and equipment effective for the result of the simulation and found that the unit energy consumption and the equipment effective were significantly reduced after comparing to the device before.
