Currently both at home and abroad for high acid oil and gas corrosion, main of antiseptic means has high nickel base alloy steel antiseptic. and electrochemical antiseptic, and coating antiseptic and sustained corrosion agent antiseptic, which used high nickel base alloy steel make material security greatly improve, but at home for this class material main by imports and price expensive; and electrochemical antiseptic, not only cost expensive but also difficult to implement; also, coating of main is using conditions by limited and easy shedding.So the usage of inhibitors can be a effective way at present, the inhibitor which resists high concentration of H2S and CO2in high temperature is reported rarely, highly toxic and highly priced, so it is very important to develop one effective low-toxic inhibitor for exploiting the oil in the environment of high sulfur and high temperature.This article in response to the situation, the synthesis of a low toxicity for high temperature and high content of H2S/CO2corrosion inhibitor for oil-gas gathering and transferring system. Through infrared spectrum of analysis on synthesis of intermediate and the eventually product (NNF) of functional groups for has confirmed, and under atmospheric situation Completes optimization of synthetic technology parameters and determines best using concentration of NNF, while valuating its Corrosion inhibition effect; also, some physical parameters of NNF has been evaluated, and through scan electric mirror, and EDS and XRD on tubing steel surface formed for has micro morphology analysis and product analysis In addition by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method and the polarization curve method and other methods of research of the inhibition mechanism of inhibitors.(1) Through research and screening analysis, imidazoline corrosion inhibitor has good effect on anti-HbS/CO2, intermediates for synthesis of alpha-lipoic acid-imidazoline and decanoic acid imidazoline. but that such inhibitors are not resistant at high temperature, requireing the introduction of high temperature resistance groups to resistance to high temperature.(2) Using the condensation reaction of synthesis of a new anti-H2S/CO2corrosion inhibitor (NNF) for high temperature. Through decanoic acid, alpha-lipoic acid and diethylenetriamine intermediates for synthesis of imidazoline class, the synthesis of imidazoline further with fluorine-containing surfactants, which introduces high temperature fluorinated groups, access to the new anti-H2S/CO2high temperature corrosion inhibitor NNF. Optimum synthesis conditions:imidazoline intermediate and fluorine-containing surfactants usage ratio of1:0.8, synthetic temperature of55℃, synthetic time is20h.(3) Infrared spectroscopy showed that emergence of imidazoline ring generated, illustrates the imidazoline structure, while there are—SO2F Gamma characteristic peaks ofγSO2. Description of fluorine-resistant groups have been introduced. Indicate that new anti-H2S/CO2high temperature synthesis inhibitor NNF.(4) Performance of new inhibitor of evaluation results indicate that optimum dosage of a novel inhibitor of0.08%. Under150℃and H2S/CO2condition, corrosion inhibition efficiency of NNF reachs at92.99%and has good film-forming properties, properties, no emulsifier-free tendency.(5) Provides an analysis of inhibition mechanism of a new inhibitor. Electron microscope scanning surface morphology and XRD analysis showed that inhibitor NNF reduce the increase in the oxygen, sulfur, to form a continuous dense FeS protection film, preventing corrosion. Polarization curve testing found that the NNF is a hybrid inhibit, adsorption of membrane-type inhibitor. The relationship of concentration C and the coverage description θ shows adsorption of NNF meets the Langmuir adsorption isotherm.
