The Jiefangqu eastern field located within the territory of LunTai county, Bayingguoleng Mongol autonomous prefecture in Xinjiang, is in the north of Tabei uplift round Jiefangqudong-Jilake tectonic belt. The field was to start drilling in February1991and formally put into production in August1993. Up to June2011, the oilfield had been in the stage of high water cut and high recovery degree. And its comprehensive water cut reached88.75%, the degree of recovery reached37%. However, there is no corresponding adjustment scheme during this period, and the gap between development characteristics and initial plan has been widened. In order to increase oil production rates and ultimate recovery rates, it is necessary to re-understand the geological conditions and the remaining oil distribution, and adjust its overall development program.Faced on the currently development situation of Jiefangqu eastern field, and based on the predecessors researches, this paper takes the geological research as foundation, reservoir engineering theory as the guidance, combines with abundant geological, logging and dynamic and static data, uses a variety of techniques, including core analysis test and numerical simulation, etc. so it has a depth understanding about formation divided, reservoir characteristics and oil reservoir features. And finally, the paper makes comprehensive evaluation about oilfield development effect, and summarizes the distribution regularity of residual oil. Based on the above studies, the paper also studies on the development ways, layers and wells network forms and reasonable formation energy keeping level, and the injection-production capacity of single well, and proposes there exists many contradictions, and specific program has been made, is expected to improve the recovery efficiency of4.8%, and the degree of recovery can reach42%.Finally, based on the dynamic analysis of the block, evaluation of reservoir development effect, and the understanding of the remaining oil distribution law, this thesis put forward the whole development program, simulation forecasts about controlling rising rate of reservoir water cut and improving recovery and injection utilization rate.
