With the increasingly strict state control to the dairy industry, and the increasinglylaunch of advanced production equipment which introduced by the large-scalemanufacturers, China’s milk powder industry is facing with a development stage towardto a high-speed warmer up. And in order to improve the quality of products,soadvanced equipment must be guaranteed to having the best running state of eachprocessing chain by the advanced and reliable control measures.This paper is to analyzesome possible factors of coming to being indexes divergence. These indicators includemoisture, sensory index, blunt tonality, impurities, micro bial indicators, which is acommon several quality control index in the processing formula production,and tocompare to each link of the process of producing and processing. By analyzing,wewould put forward a series of specific control measures then would be applied in theprocessing to control the quality.With these measures as a reference for production andprocess, and these production measures has a certain guiding role to formula.
