The ethanol was reclaimed together with the alcohol of Magnolia officinalis Huopu Oral Liquid was obtained with additive after the concentrated liquid was diluted by water.The good taste suits children especially.The quality standard was established to detect the content of active component in Huopu Oral Liquid quantitatively by gas chromatographic method and determine the active substance of Atractylodes lancea, Polyporus and Citrus reticulata qualitatively by TLC.As a result, the transferred rate of the active component in Huopu Oral Liquid was in excess of 60%.The preparation technique of Huopu Oral Liquid is actable and its quality can be controled.A systematic studies of the prescription of Huopu Oral Liquid in terms of the preparation,extracting techniques,clarifying techniques and the quality standard was finished for Huopu Oral Liquid.Which will be the basis of the next study of pharmacological action,toxicological action etc.
