Jinchuan Group is the largest production enterprises of nickel, cobalt and platinum family metals in china, adopt the mechanized panel consolidated downward cut-and-fill method with horizontal slicing approach, production capacity is1,000t/a; its filling capacity has reached4million m3/a. filling material of jinchuan company is seriously insufficient, cannot meet the demand of large packing, need cheap and plentiful materials to supplement, which can be used as filling material within the scope of Jinchuan mine have gobi sand, waste rock, tailings. Based on this, this paper studied the judge foundation and the rheological model of high-density slurry which waste rock-acid leaching tailing and coarse sand-acid leaching tailing; lays the foundation for achieving industrial application of pipeline filling with coarse aggregate-acid leaching tailing.Through analyzing partical size and grading of three materials (waste rock, acid leaching tailing, coarse sand), waste rock and coarse sand need match by tailing to meet pipelines, by mix proportion test and the theoretical calculations eventually determined the scope o f the optimum proportion:the ratio of waste and acid leaching tailing, coarse sand and acid leaching tailing is respectively6:4,7:3,8:2. The optimum proportion provided a guarantee for the stability and liquidity of slurry. Through a lot of experiments, this paper thinks the standard of high concentrations and high flow is that the slurry keep no separation and non-hierarchical after standing five minute and has the characteristics of slow slump-loss and non-bleeding. Made slumps and collapsed slump for experimental group as subsidiary conditions, selected the concentration range conforming to the condition of high concentration under each ratio. Using rotational viscometer to make rheological test, applied H-B model to regression, the result is not ideal and even partly are distorted, then put forward a new rheological model, the regression results show that the built model is reasonable. Through two-factor variance analysis and graphic form made the qualitative and quantitative analysis about the influent of the mass concentration and cement conent on yield stress as well as viscosity, results show that the mass concentration has significant influence on the yield stress and viscosity, the significant influence of cement content on yield stress is limited to which the ratio of coarse sand and acid leaching tailing is8:2, the ratio of waste rock and acid leaching tailing is6:4. Finally combined with the requirements of high concentrations and strength, the changed trend of yield stress and viscosity, and the economic costs, determined the combination for pipage that when the ratio of coarse sand and acid leaching tailing is7:3, cement content is280Kg/m3, mass concentration should control from80%to81%; when the ratio of waste rock and acid leaching tailing is8:2, cement content is280Kg/m3, mass concentration should control in81%.Using a loop test to obtain the rheological parameters is precise, so in Jingchuan’s No.2Mining District made the loop experiment of waste-acid leaching tailing, compared the test results from rheometer and loop test results, used Design Expert software to set up the mathematical equation between them, reached the exchange these two outcomes. Save amount of time, fund and much human effort to make Loop experiment for obtain the rheological parameters, provides a simple and effective method for mining.
