On the stage of its weight density is more than 75%, the waste rock-total tailing high density slurry for filling generally shows as a non-newton homogeneous property, in which Portland cement is binder, waste rock and total tailing are aggregate and must be mix with a certain proportion. The slurry shows out good stability, fluidity and pumpability, and the fill body has high intensity. It can meet the different mines filling requirements. Waste rock-total tailings high density filling technology is the most effective way to solve the problem of solid waste discharge in mine now, is one of the most support technology of green mining, is also a main direction of mining filling.To match with waste rock-total tailings high density filling technology and the deep, complex conditions of the mining in underground mine, and to achieve continuous and efficient application of waste roc,total tailings to backfill, The slurry must use the way of pipeline transportation. because of the impact of coarse-grained gravel, the rheological properties and transport characteristics of the slurry are obviously changed, so the pipeline resistance transport are also changed. The pipeline resistance of the slurry is directly influence the designing and engineering application of filling system. So the calculation of pipeline resistance is very important. But now, although the calculation methods of pipeline resistance for high density slurry are more, can not apply to the calculation of pipeline resistance of waste rock-total tailings high density filling slurry.The test relied on filling system in MinⅡof JNMC, carried out the loop-pipe test of waste rock-total tailings high density filling slurry and theoretical analysis, the results show that:①In the conditions of reasonable formule and density, the pipeline transportation of waste rock-total tailings high density filling slurry is completely feasible.②Waste rock-total tailings high density filling slurry rheological model isτ=τ0+η(dv/dy)n, (n≥1), most of them belong to yield-expansion plastomer. (3)In the same, ratio of waste rock and tailings, pipeline resistance of the slurry increase with the flow rate increase; in the same flow rate, when the ratio of waste rock and tailings is 5.0:5.0~6.5:3.5, pipeline resistance of the slurry increase with the weight density increase, and the weight density unsuitable more than 80%. In the same weight density and flow rate, when the ratio of waste rock and tailings is 5.5:4.5~6.5:3.5, pipeline resistance of the slurry increase with the ratio of waste rock and tailings increase, and the reasonable ratio should be 6.0:4.0.④The influence factors of pipeline resistance of the waste rock-total tailings high density filling slurry ranked in:the ratio of waste rock and tailings (t=7.377)> average flow rate (t=7.179)> weight density (t=5.906)> slurry bulk density (t= 3.021).⑤The regression result of pipeline resistance data showed that using f=a+bvc to make regression, the relative coefficient is very high, and the formula can be used for calculation pipeline resistance of the waste rock-total tailings high density filling slurry, the error is very small, and the physical meaning of parameters are more clearly in the formula.Results of this study has been applied in the second mining area of JinChuan mine for waste rock filling design, and can provide a reference for other similar mines.
