In order to resolve the problem of the ineffective early warning of mine collapse whatcaused by underground rock fracture deformation and the low effective rescue after theaccident,choosing the topic of he early warning system based on the identification ofunderground rock dynamic fractureIn this paper, DSP technology and RFID technology has been applied to the earlywarning system, and given the specific scheme to realization of the underground rockdynamic fracture identification and wireless locating, the feasibility of the system has beenproved. The intelligent monitoring station underground has been designed specifically: thehigh performance DM642chip as the core, used the modular structure, combined with thesoftware could realize the acquisition, storage and processing functions of rock image;through the wireless transmission mode, used the RF unit to realize launching, receivingand storage of the data used the RF unit, and the underground personnel locationinformation send to the ground management through the RS485bus to achieve wirelesslocation.According to the characteristics of the rock and the severe situation of the mine,the general methods of image enhancement is difficult to obtain the feature information ofrack image effectively. analysis of the rock images what were collected in the same area indifferent periods of time, designed a preprocessing method for rock image, which couldeffectively extract the feature area separate from the background of rock image,which isconvenient for subsequent processing.According to Multiple texture features of rock, inorder to improve the accuracy of the final results, the paper designed a slidingneighborhood minimum value line by line method to realize the feature extraction, and putforward a kind of block segmentation method to judge the feature region, to realizeaccurate recognition of rock dynamic fracture, reduces the danger coefficient caused byrock mass collapse.The experimental results demonstrate that, the system can automatically completeinformation acquisition, processing and transmission without human intervention, eachperformance index of the system meets the design requirements; has certain universalityand social value.
