Coal is the main energy source of China's national economy,and coal mine safety has become an important factor affecting the sustainable development of China's economy.In recent years,China's coal safety production situation has been improving,but serious accidents have occurred.In response to the current production status of coal enterprises,research on coal mine risk early warning and prevention and control systems has been carried out to improve mine disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities and reduce disaster occurrences.Has important practical value.Based on the establishment of comprehensive index weights,this paper constructscoal mine production safety risk prediction model based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and combines computer information technology with safety evaluation model to the function of coal mine safety early warning system.The requirements and module design were discussed in detail,and the coal mine risk warning and prevention and control system was established.According to the characteristics of randomness,dynamic variability,complexity and correlation of disaster accidents in coal mine safety production,based on the design principle of risk assessment index system,the framework of "human,machine,ring,pipe and solid" is constructed.Secondary evaluation index system for coal mine safety production risk.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is determined by multi-algorithm analysis and the coal mine safety risk prediction model based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each security risk indicator.The fuzzy mathematics method is used to determine the membership function of each level of indicators in the index system,and the quantitative index system is used to realize the coal mine safety risk warning and prediction.The J2 EE architecture Jsp+Javabean was used to complete the development of the coal mine risk warning and prevention system.Design and development of coal mine basic information management subsystem,coal mine risk research and treatment subsystem,coal mine risk prevention and control management subsystem,etc.Coal mine risk early warning and prevention and control system based on unified data standards(networked for reference),relying on cloud computing,Internet of Things,Big data technology,collecting massive data of coal mines,constructing indicators and models,and realizing functions such as online inspection,risk intelligence judgment,and risk warning reminder.The coal mine risk warning and prevention and control system developed by the company was applied to Zisheng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,and the safety risk index of Zisheng Coal Mine was 88.The risk rating standard was Grade II,which is a safer coal mine.The evaluation resultsare The actual situation is consistent;at the same time,corresponding improvement measures are proposed for the weak links in the mine risk warning and prevention and control system,which further improves the production safety of the mine.The research results have the value of promotion and application.This thesis contains23 figures,23 tables and 86 references.
