This article summarized the corrosion loss situation in petroleum and chemical industry, and briefed the present research situation and the development prospects of the organic anticorrosion coating.Using a commercial heavy anticorrosion coating as the parent metal, we developed a kind of thermostable anticorrosion coating by adding silicone, SiC fine powder, silicon fine powder, and so on. Discussed the action mechanism and performance influence about the increase component in the thermostable anticorrosion coating. The experimental result indicated that the joining of silicone and SiC fine powder cause the maximum heat-resisting temperature of the original coating rising from250℃to380℃, and enhanced the coating thermal stability greatly. When the dosage of silicon hydride coupling and SiC powder was5g,0.5g respectively, the coating got the best performance.
