Kangbao County which is located in Bashang Plateau, Hebei province, belongs to the mid zone of the north farming pastoral ecotone. The Special geographical is the irreplaceable of natural ecological barrier of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region. Since2000, the state has invested a lot of manpower, resources, the implementation of a series of major projects, a strong acceleration of the local ecological environment construction process. Land use and land cover has obvious changes, and has a direct impact on the ecological environment of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region.Large scale ecological construction in more than10years, and have some problems. The paper studies the environmental effects and the existing problems from both macro and micro perspectives, and ecological geographic construction strategies are put forward. The main contents of this thesis are following:First, By statistical data analysis and field survey for many times, visiting investigation and research, natural and social general information of Kangbao County is introduced as well as the vulnerability of ecological geographic system are analyzed. The major ecological environmental problems of the region are soil desertification, grassland degradation, natural disasters, etc; On this basis, combined GaodiXie, etc and Costanza theory and methods, researched on the value of ecosystem services in kangbao County. Including ecosystem productivity evaluation, ecosystem service function assessment and the township ecosystem service intensity evaluation, etc. Second, The environmental impact of land uses has obvious characteristics. After10years in the ecological construction, it is concluded that changes and effects on ecological environment before and after the ecological construction through the soil nutrients, moisture and wind erosion condition of field monitoring and analysis, With the change of climate, vegetation, biodiversity, soil and water conservation effect of combination of qualitative analysis. Finally, the paper using the Semi-structured Interview of Participatory Rural Appraisal, through direct contact with government departments and the mass of peasants, got real and reliable data, and then combined with the practical problems encountered in the ecological construction, Put forward for ecological construction plan and the partition of ecological construction ways.Based on the research results, to begin with,this paper provide that the background conditions of ecological degradation is a fragile natural ecological environment, the driving force factors are mainly unreasonable ways of land utilization type, the root cause is the local population and poverty. In addition, the county ecosystem climate production potential remains to be further development; Forest, grassland and farmland are the main provider for the ecosystem service value. Finally, grassland, shrub land obvious effects on soil nutrient and moisture content. By comparing the effects, it is found that the contents of soil nutrient in forest-grass land were higher than in other land. In the repaired area, plant height and coverage have increased, and reduced the amount of wind erosion of sand to improve the local climate. In a word, through the ecological construction of nearly10years, the local ecological environment has improved significantly.
