Research On Ecological Construction In Shangyi County And Its Harmonious Development Of Ecological Construction And Economy

The regional eco-environment in Bashang Plateau has been increasingly worsened because of the vulnerability of natural environment and the human activities of exploiting irrationally resources. Agricultural production and ecosystem in the region are in vicious cycle for a long period of time. Shangyi county locate in the northwest of Bashang plateau, as a representative county in Bashang, now faces two major tasks of developing the economy and improving the ecological. Since 1990s, governments began to carrying out a large-scale ecological management works in the county, the tendency of deterioration of the ecological environment has been curbed, but there are still a series of problems in the process of ecological constructing. This study, from the perspective of harmonious development of the ecological construction and economic, made a specific framework for ecological construction, in order to provide the scientific basis for the ecological construction which being undertaken for the county.The paper first expounded China's ecological construction background, and basing on the related research on ecological construction in the theory and practice, we defined the content of ecological construction to Shangyi County, and then made a general framework of ecological construction. Ecological construction mainly from the landscape and regional levels, landscape - level ecological reconstruction mainly through analysis of the status of landscape ecology, according to the interaction among climate, vegetation and topography, and other landscape features of major elements in Shangyi county, and on the basis of its overall changes show differences hours.
