Study On Optimization Of Ecological Land Pattern In Haixing County

The report of the 19 th National Congress stated that human beings must respect nature,adapt to nature and protect nature.Since the reform and opening up,the social economy has been continued to grow quickly,urbanization has been continued to promote,and natural resources and ecological environment pressures have been formed hugely.China is facing the fight for the predicament of the land between food security,ecological protection and social economic development.Ecological land is a land use type with important ecological value,its reasonable distribution area,stable quality relativelyand suitable spatial layout structureare of great significance for maintaining regional ecosystem security and promoting the coordinated development of natural and socioeconomic system.The rapid development stage in the pursuit of economic growth as the leading city,the land use is usually concentrated on the demand for construction land and the quantity of cultivated land,and ignores the problems of the living environment and the decline of ecological security of cultivated land caused by the reduction in the amount of ecological land.This study takes Haixing County as the research area,and takes ecological land as the research object,analyzes the regional food security status,ecological security level,construction land expansion trend,constructs the ecological land pattern under multiple constraints,and realizes the spatial layout of ecological land,optimize and promote regional harmonious development.The key ways and conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the concept of ecological land,it is determined that forest land,grassland,garden land,water area,wetland and other land use are ecological land.The ecological land is dominated by other land(mainly saline-alkali land)and water area in the study area.The other land is poor,the diversity low.It is difficult to meet the requirements of maintaining the sustainable development of the regional ecological environment.(2)Determine the quality of cultivated land,ecological security level and the expansion direction of construction land,and build a three-fold pattern of food security,ecological security and expansion of construction land.Through the global and local spatial auto-correlation analysis,cultivated land quality of study area is divided into permanent protection area,key improvement area,general promotion area and agricultural structure adjustment area.The four areas account for 13.13%,3.96%,27.38%,55.53% of the total cultivated land area respectively,of which the agricultural restructuring area has the largest proportion.Through analyse and evaluation of ecological stability and interference,the cumulative correction and summation are made to determine the regional ecological security pattern zone as the ideal security level,medium security level,basic security level and low security level,accounting for 8.59%,34.02%,27.43%,29.96% of the total land area of the study area separately,the lowest proportion of ideal safety level.Through the minimum cumulative resistance model(MCR),evaluating the affecting factors of the expansion of construction land,suitable construction zones,construction buffer zones,construction restricted zones,and prohibited construction zones are obtained,accounting for 37.75%,20.71%,19.52%,22.02% of the total land area of the study area separately,suitable construction zones to occupy the largest area.(3)Using the minimum cumulative resistance model to determine the pattern of ecological land.Set up multiple resistance factors for food security,ecological security,andexpansionofconstruction land,construct the minimum cumulative resistance model,and propose optimallayout area,suitable layout area,layoutadjustable area,layout restriction area for ecological land.The four areas account for 48.44%,30.30%,15.67%,5.59% of the total area of the study area separately,the proportion of the optimal layout area and the suitable layout area is large,suiting for the layout of ecological land.By analyzing the internal structure combination of each layout area,further indicating the direction of the ecological land allocation,and improving the area level of land ecological security ensures balanced development between food security,ecological security and construction land.The ecological land pattern constructed under multiple constraints is conducive to solving the problems of contradiction between expansion of construction land and protection of cultivated land in the study area,and is conducive to achieving multiple protections for food security,ecological security and economic development.It will further provide a basis for the upgrading the quality of ecological environment.
