According to the19th Conference of Parties of the Montreal protocol on adjustment case of accelerating HCFCs out, our country in2013will be frozen HCFCs production and consumption and in2030completely eliminated HCFCs. Choose the result of zero ODP and low GWP alternative refrigerant and alternative technology has become a challenge of global heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) industry.Due to the good thermo-physical property, environmental protection and security of the R32refrigerant, recently it has attracted wide attention of HVAC&R industry both at home and abroad and become the most potential type of alternative and environmental protection refrigerants.In recent years, some domestic institutions of higher learning, research institutes and enterprises carry out a wide range of theoretical research and experimental analysis about the application of R32refrigerant. By researching and developing the special R32refrigerant compressor, optimizing and matching the air handling unit, using the spray liquid cooling or add enthalpy technology, these methods can lower the discharge temperature of compressor effectively, so refrigerant R32is a kind of potential, high feasible and environmental alternative refrigerant.In summary, According to the domestic research situation about using and replacing the R32refrigerants in recent years, This paper, under the different experimental conditions, tested and researched the performance of all fresh air unit,which using two kinds of refrigerants R32and R410A, collected and sorted out the experimental datum about two kinds of different refrigerants. By comparing the experimental datum, we can intuitively analysis the change trend for each parameter. Secondly, according to the related thermophysical property data of refrigerant, using Matlab/simulink software to fit the equation coefficients of refrigerant R32and refrigerant R410A, and to design the programme of calculation module of refrigerant R32and refrigerant R410A, which can be called conveniently. Finally, using the steady state distribution parameter model to simulate the models of four parts (compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator) and unit system, by comparing the results of simulation with the results of experiment, we can examine the reliability and accuracy of the system model.Experimental parts of this paper is based on GB/T25128-2010direct evaporation all fresh air handling units, I hope this experimental research can provide reference and help with product design and development by using refrigerant R32to all fresh air units.
