With the a motorized rapid development, the problem of traffic congestion has become difficult for governments around the world to solve an important problem to give priority to the development of public transport is an important way to solve urban traffic problems, according to the research experience at home and abroad, but also guide the city to sustainable development important means. This article aims to analysis of the relationship between the travel three factors-land-use decisions that affect travel from land use and activities aimed at the analysis of urban public transport; domestic and foreign research-based re-definition given trip chain and a chain of public transport trips to meet the reasonable travel trip chain, and finally the use of travel decision influencing factors of land use to establish a new line network evaluation method and applied to the actual public transit network evaluation.First, the paper first by land use and activities, travel the relationship between analysis of factors-land-use decisions that affect travel;Second, through the research status given trip chain, and the chain is defined as public transport trips, trip chain definition should be given clear time defined;Third, given from the public transport carrier angle are three common types of public transport travel chain:subway, bus rapid transit, public transport, the travel process from the microscopic point of the trip chain analysis of the factors affecting public transport trip chain, time-based a detailed analysis, draw three types of public transport trips chain a trip to accept the longest travel time, the middle connection time and both ends of the connection of the three factors were discussed the relationship between the maximum travel distance, to find out the relationship that exists mathematical model calibration, and the establishment of a method of calculating the maximum number of trip chain;Fourth, the use of travel decisions influencing factors-land use,Public transport travel point and attraction for the classification, from the point of view of the area, and travel attraction type proposed evaluation method of public transport trips chain, finally established mathematical model to calculate the three types of public transport trip chain maximum number of trip chain, fast public transportation network in Changzhou City, instance validation, respectively to evaluate two aspects of public transport trip chain transfer from a single corridor, and two corridors, the results show that the evaluation methods and the city coincide. Established methods of analysis provides a new approach to the study of public transport line network evaluation tools.
