Research And Design Storage Box Wire-based Automated Warehouse

The high speed of logistics has greatly reduced resource consumption and improved labor productivity. Storage is one of the most important parts of logistics, which could make tobacco manufacturing enterprises improve logistics’ speed, reduced cost and ensure production by efficiently and reasonably.Currently,many tobacco manufacturing enterprises adopt automation stereoscopic warehouse store tobacco, out-put and in-put.This paper introduce the trends of today’s tobacco logistics automated warehouse, discussing the process and its sub-subsystems of the box-type automation stereoscopic warehouse.The automation stereoscopic warehouse contains different systems, such as Drilling packing,Turn feeding,EMS, image identification system, RFID system, weighting system, stocker system, This paper introduce constitutes,basic control flowing of computer system and PLC system.In thesis we focus on the operations of the automated warehouse storage box-type pipe tobacco conveyor line congestion and lower distribution efficiency problems. By researches and discussions, we proposed the designs of changing directions of cross stations and targets. By the actual operations of production proved that the designs improved the efficiency of delivery.
