Building mortar is a versatile, large amount of building materials. Dry-mixed mortar is one ofthe new dry mix materials in the field of building materials. The formation process of the dry-mixedmortar is to mix cement, sand, additives in proportion in the dry state. metering and mixing ofmaterials is a key link in the production process, and is a typical dry-mixed mortar productionprocess.The traditional production process adopted a cycle mixing equipment. And batch mixing Sha,cement, water and other raw materials according to the volume, after a period of stirring, the stirringgood mortar is pouredempty, and then the second process production. This production process cannot control the input amount of sand, cement and water, affecting the quality of the mortar, and thehopper is opened, the mortar will produce dust contamination. Since the feed discharge intermittentlyso that the work can not be continuous, thereby agitation speed and efficiency are low.In order to overcome the drawbacks of traditional mortar production process, commercialmortar came into being. Mixing the sand, cement and additives at the factory according to a certainproportion,and is controlled by the control system.Then transported to the site in the form of a tankeror bagged. adding an appropriate amount of water and stir uniform is to use on site. Because of theintroduction of a computerized automatic batching, the quality of the commodity mortar is relativelystable. In addition to the ordinary mortar, by adjusting the mixing ratio,we can also be preparation ofa special mortar, like insulation mortar, decorative mortar, waterproof mortar, so it is variety, andwide range of applications.While the mortar has many advantages mentioned above, but China only introduced localstandards in Beijing and Shanghai. The main reason is immature technology. Equipment dependenton imports, one-time investment in the production line is high, so investment is high, the generalbusiness is very difficult to accept. The price of traditional mortar is144yuan/m3. The commercialmortar is300-400yuan/m3. Compared with the traditional mortar, the prices of commercial mortarare too high and construction companies are not willing to bear part of the cost, resulting inresentment. In order to solve these technical problems in the production process of mortar, this papersummarized the production equipment outside and inside and introduce the method of the automaticmixing construction machinery design. Sand and cement is transported by truck to the constructionsite, and then transported into the pre-designed silo through truck’s hydraulic system. The siloconnected with a dry mix mortar mixer. when work, the material in the silo flows into dry mixedmortar mixer by a certain proportion under gravity. mixing well materials inflow to the wet mixingmachine, which is connected to the dry-mixed mortar mixer. the wet mixing machine’s speed andwater flow are controlled by the control system, thereby controlling the production of the mortar.Firstly, according to the description of the mixing process and stirrer mixer processing, wedecide the main parameters to be studied. theoretically analysis the structure and the curved shape ofa stirring blade, determine the blade mounting angle, analysis stirrer reasonable speed, and establishthe differential equations of motion of a stirrer for subsequentthe structural design of the mixer to laya theoretical foundation.Secondly, the structural design of the mixer. the model and the output power of the motor isdetermined based on actual experience deceleration and the previous theoretical analysis. Throughtcalculating mix ratio, we determine the mixing system and design stirring mechanism rationally.Finally, the establishment of the the stirring shaft dry-mixed mortar mixer mathematical model,finite element analysis. Through effect maps to try to check the strength, stiffness and stability. Thestructure design of the silo, and the establishment of a mathematical model. Establishment of wetmixing machine screw conveyor device of the three-dimensional model, finite element analysis, tomeet the strength requirements.The subject achieve automated production through concentrating the storage, the drymixing,the wet mixing of mortar production process on the set of equipment, improving productionefficiency. the equipment package can be operated by a worker, savings the labor. The junction sealreduces the dust pollution, meeting the requirements of the quality of the project, environmentalrequirements and the civilized construction.
