In this paper A frame-shear wall high conversion structure in ordinary seismic intensity region design problem, through to hefei Xinhua-nongjiacao project of A house building seismic design analysis for the future similar structure performance design to provide reference and help, the main content is as follows:1. According to the engineering area site situation, the aseismic requirements, as well as the characteristic of structure, reference "technical specification for concrete structures of tall buildings" of the provisions of article3.11of the description, this structure seismic performance target identified as C level, and then will performance target refining to each kind of components in the frequent earthquake, middle earthquake and rare earthquake performance index.2. Frequent earthquake elastic structure analysis by the Chinese construction science research institute developed PKPM series SATWE structure analysis program and the United States developed CSI ETABS V9.2.0, respectively using the two software on the structural analysis, ensure that the structure more under severe earthquake performance target. In addition, the structure of elastic dynamic analysis as a supplementary calculation ensure rationality.3. Middle seisms resistance structure analysis using SATWE software, check under fortification intensity seismic structure displacement and member yield conditions.4. Rare earthquake to structure of static nonlinear analysis (PUSHOVER analysis), to PUSH results from the whole level and component level for inspection and evaluation.5. Use Midas-FEA establish transfer story entity metadata model for transfer beam stress finite element supplementary analysis, the results of the analysis on the structural design is a guiding role. To analysis transfer story is located in different layers of the three model calculation result, and summarizes the high conversion structure under seismic force under the action of law.At last, this paper puts forward the structure transfinite design analysis to conclusions and effective seismic strengthening measures.
