| With the vigorous development of the world economy, the design level and theory of architecture and structure have become more and more perfect, more and more different buildings appear in the world. These new buildings give people perfect visual enjoyments. To meet the architects’ imaginative ideas, structure engineers’ structure concept and design ability need higher request. Therefore, these structures need to implement more stringent design requirements and review program. To those structures which beyond the code, the state promulgated the "high-rise building project seismic fortification special review of technical points" to strengthen the supervision on the quality of height gauge, the rules of the overrun, roof overrun the structural design. In this design, the height of the structure, the overrun ratio up to 15.2%. This design will use different software, according to the performance of the design requirements, the structure of the seismic performance analysis. This article will start from the following parts.Under frequent earthquake, this design will use ETABS software and PKPM software to compare and analysis the elastic properties of the structure. Make sure that the structure of the design results will satisfy standards.Under the fortification earthquake, this design will use MIDAS Building software, to have seismic dynamic elastic plastic properties analysis, determine the structure’s development process in plastic stage, and whether the structure can meet the performance requirement.Under rare earthquake, the design will use PKPM EPDA&PUSH module, to have rarely met earthquake pushover static elastic plastic analysis, using Midas building to have rarely met earthquake dynamic elastic plastic performance analysis, determinate the displacement whether meet the requirements specification, let components’ development process is reasonable and can meet the performance requirement. After analysis, the structure of each phase to meet the established performance design requirements, in accordance with the requirements of the specification. |
