The shortage of traditional energy increases day by day and the use process is accompanied by drawbacks while the human society develops rapidly. The rosy development prospects of new energy and renewable energy promotes the development of distributed generation technologies based on renewable energy. As a applying of distributed generation technology, micro-grid can ensure the safety and stability of electric use by switching of the operating mode.Micro-gird control is the core of micro-grid technology, including operation mode control, distributed energy (Distributed Energy Resource, DER) control, load control etc. The operation mode control demands micro-grid able to make rapid response to the main grid fault and seamless switching, and guarantee the power quality parameters after the mode meets the requirements. The DER control demands micro-grid can coordinate the output of all DER to make sure that micro-grid can supply high quality electricity. The load control demands micro-grid can protect critical load when it switches into island mode, set reasonable schedule for the electric use, security the power quality and benefit of itself.This paper mainly focuses on the study of the load control, and designed a power using schedule by reasonable assuming. According to the multi-agent system theory, a multi-agent system architecture based on main agent, DER agent, user agent and database agent has been built under the MATLAB/SIMULINK and ZEUS (The Zeus Agent Building Toolkit) software platform. Also has configured the function and communication mechanism of each agent. In the premise of the power supply capacity is insufficient to satisfy all loads demand when micro-grid switches into island mode, this paper put forward a real-time load access control method based on the bidding strategy. The program has been designed and simulated.Through the simulation, the power quality index under the switch process of two modes is obtained, each index parameters are all meet the national electric power industry standard. By using friendly man-machine interface of ZEUS, modes of micro-grid can be changed directly, the access state and the bidding of each load at any time can be shown intuitive. By comparing the simulation results and the power using schedule, the feasibility and effectiveness of this strategy of load access control has been demonstrated.
