This article is mainly for the fault detection and diagnosis research on the electric control system of integrated mine-clearing vehicles. Such equipment, electronic control system Electronic control system of the equipment has a complex structure, maintenance detection difficult, lack of grassroots units corresponding sets of testing equipment, affecting equipment support force of troops. In view of the Situation, the author expounded the key technology of integrated use of AC and DC power supply and the software and hardware simulation system, hardware selection of the most popular "PC104bus" structure, system software development with Borland C++3.1language, finally developed based on the PC/104bus of a comprehensive mine clearance vehicle electronic control system fault diagnosis expert system. The equipment can be realized on the mainframe box, the follow-up box and the PLC control box technology parameters are tested, and the measured body fault location to board.The detector was successfully developed in the military trial results showed that:the detector test is accurate, simple to operate, easy to carry, suitable for equipment maintenance and support under field conditions, and greatly improve the equipment support force.
