With the development of China’s economy, the quantity of the automatic gear carretained by people is increasing. Automatic gearbox takes advantage of manual gearbox.But now, there is less tester is specifically designed for the automatic gearbox debugging,so it is necessary to develop an automatic gearbox testing equipment.In this paper,a PCI data acquisition card based on FPGA and PCI9054is proposed,the realization method of the PCI data acquisition card is gave. The data acquisition cardis designed for automatic gearbox assembly tester. The system uses FPGA as the core ofdata acquisition card, using PCI9054as the bridge chip to complete the PCI local busconverted to simple local bus, use a piece of FIFO, depth of4096, as data buffer, it canachieve the function of acquisition of analog, switch, frequency and produceconfigurable PWM output signal.The complete acquisition boards include not only the hardware, but also PC driver,the runtime library and control software, this paper focuses on the capture card core FPGAchip logic. The acquisition boards have reasonable structure, stable operation, compared tothe market adoption. It can meet the design requirements of automatic gearbox assemblytester.
