Strategic missile is the basis of the development of military technology.The ignition,stage separation,warhead release and decoy release of strategic missile are all realized by pyrotechnics.For pyrotechnics,the most important part is the launching circuit and flight circuit.A large number of rapid and repetitive tests of pyrotechnics are needed before the actual launch of strategic missile.However,the two characteristics of high risk and high cost of pyrotechnics determine that the real pyrotechnics will not be used in the actual situation,and the scheme of pyrotechnics equivalents will be adopted in modern military enterprises.Designers of military enterprises have proved the feasibility and reliability of this scheme through a large number of theoretical design and test experiments.Because the general principle of launching circuit and flight circuit is similar and is the key content to be tested,besides the individual difference of control circuit,the test methods of launch circuit and flight circuit in military enterprises are mostly manual test,and there is no summary study.This test method has low efficiency,personnel proficiency and error rate.High characteristics;the generation process caused a great waste of resources and affect cost control is not conducive to the development of enterprises.Starting from the actual benefits of the production of military enterprises,it is of great economic significance to design and universalize the automatic testing instrument for initiating explosive device equivalents.Firstly,starting from the practicability of enterprise standards,this thesis puts forward the overall design scheme of the automation tester which combines CPCI bus technology with FPGA control technology,including the overall structure and the independent functions of each single board.Focus on each single board hardware design and software design.The single board includes switch quantity output board,power supply board switch board and communication board.The interface circuit of each single board is completed by using the interface chip PCI9054 of PLX company.According to the actual demand,the FPGA chip of each veneer is XILINX virtex series xc3s1000-4fg456 i chip.After a detailed study of its performance parameters,it is decided to add darlington tube to improve its driving capacity.RS485 standard is selected after analysis and comparison,and the design of EEPROM configuration circuit and memory circuit is described in detail.In addition to meeting the basic functions required by the test,the power switch board board is designed with an input-output protection circuit and a current and voltage detection circuit.In software product design according to the requirements given the equivalent machine automatic tester sensitivity test software working process and design of software frame,by the model of WDM driver development,application framework is based on the MFC class library for write message processing function to shorten the development cycle and control procedures in detail the switch output interface card.Finally,according to the mature production process of military enterprises,the commonly used components of aerospace products were selected and combined to produce the automatic tester.The docking test between the automatic tester and the pyrotechnics equivalent device verified its effectiveness.Finally,the expected goal of the thesis design was achieved and the universality of the design made it have a good reference value.
