Combining the high sensitivity of Chemiluminiscence and high selectivity of immunoassay, chemiluminescence immunoassay analysis research is widely used in clinical examination, medicine analysis and environment inspection fields and regarded as the most promising immunoassay analysis technology came after radioactive immunoassay analysis, enzyme immnunoassay and fluoroimmunoassay. Since the chemiluminescence immunoassay analysis is in the middle of development phase, the researches on the semi-automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer in view of the domestic situation based on the foreign relevant products and technology is conducted in this paper conducts.Microprocessor of STM32F103which inner core is Cortex-M3is adopted as the core; and SRAM and various Flashes are expanded to meet the needs of random-access memory and bulk-storage memory. Film key and Liquid Crystal Display are also equipped as the input system to satisfy the requirements of intercommunication between the machine and operator; USB master/slave port as the external expansion and Ethernet port are combined to communicate with PC. With single photon counter, sensor transfers the collected photon number into pulse number and then transmitted to processor through CPLD. RT-Thread is adopted as the operation system in part of the software; and built-in component of embedded file system of FATFS and light network protocol stack of LwIP are applied to meet the requirements of file and Ethernet communication as well. Embedded graphical system of μC/GUI is transplanted to provide user-friendly interface; USB firmware library is planted to conduct main/subsidiary modes of communication. Various drivers and system inspection process are filed in the RT-Thread operation system and different kinds of curve fitting interpolation algorithm are embedded to satisfy the inspection needs. The analyzer is commissioned and tested in the end and the analyzer meets the design requirements as per the test analysis results.
