In science and project reality, we often need to measure the weak current signal. In the measurement of Electrogenerated Chemiluminescence, that is to measure the weak current. The I-V circuit is discussed which has big dynamic range for its current characteristic. The error and noise have very important function in assessing systematic performance, it is not only the key to improve the precision of measuring, but also the basis to choose the integrated chip at the same time. Therefore, from the real equivalent model of the operation amplifier, the impact is discussed which has effect on systematic error of pre-amplifier's direct current parameter and there are such questions as calculating the noise of the amplifier in order to select the correct amplifier.Volt-ampere analyse in Electrogenerated Chemiluminescence is to research the course of the electrode's chemistry through the curve of voltage and current between the job electrode and the auxiliary electrode. The current going through the electrode obeys Faraday's law, and it is closely related to the electrode surface area size, voltage exerting on the electrode and the oxidized speed taking place on the surface of the electrode. Different size of the electrode has different current, which from mA to pA grade. In the volt-ampere analyse of Electrogenerated Chemiluminescence, it is usually from mA to nA.The design and realization of I-V circuit is the key to the system. the I-V circuit uses the relay to choose the different feedback resistance to fit the current and two-level low-pass filter to suppress interference and noise because of the measured signal which has a pair of polarity current of a slow change, direct current type, as well as its narrow bandwidth, moreover of that different size of research electrode has different orders of current so that we can get the useful signal from the noise.It is essential to select the integrated low noise operation amplifier. The input characteristic parameter is one of the most important basis. We could choose suitable operation amplifier to make up the measuring system for the purse of finishing the low noise design by quantitatively analyse of the measurement error caused from operation amplifier's input characteristic parameters and by the noise of the circuit measured from the input noise model(En-In).We have developed the user's software based on Windows operating system. This software not only realized the real-time data collection and image show of the electrochemistry and the chemiluminescence's, but also realized the dynamic adjustment and overlay of the views, the change from the data file to the text file, as well as the manipulation of the digital filter etc. The user software communicate with the hardware system through the COM by the way of prime-subordinate. The electrochemical module and weak chemiluminescence's module apply the COM to communicate with the PC to complete the whole gathering work.The subject require of the instrument is perfectly achieved by taking the test.
