Electro-chemiluminescence( ECL), which is also named electrofluorescence, is the combination of chemoluminescence and lectrochemistry. It is a lighting phenomenon occurred between electric-made-substances or electric-made-substance and other substances. At present time, electrofluorescence analysis technique is growing speedy in the fields of analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, life sciences, agriculture, environmental monitoring and clinical diagnosis (immunity analysis, nucleic acid analysis), especially the technique of chemiluminedscence immunity analysis is practical applied in clinical diagnosis. Moreover, materials with the nature of chemiluminedscence today are very hot as a new stuff for illuminating and displaying. So electrochemiluminescence analyzer is indispensable in manufacturing, filtering and measuring the electroluminescence material. No matter in analysis science, life science, clinical diagnosis or in material science, Electrochemiluminescence analyzer becomes a kind of very important measuring instruments, it is used in more and more fields and the requirement of it is increasing continuously. Though, there are some of domestic chemoluminescence analyzers factories, the number of manufactures producing electrofluorescence analyzers is very small. Because electrofluorescence analyzers require both the electrochemistry and optical detecting techniques, and there are few manufactures can integrate the two. Most of research institutions make two independent parts chemoluminescence analyzers and electrochemistry instruments together an electrofluorescence analyzers; it is very complicate bale, unreliable, and limited in application. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and manufacture a universal electrochemiluminescence analyzer in high quality and less cost, for analytical chemistry, molecular biology, clinical medicine and materials science applications.The propose of this project is to develop a electro-chemiluminescence analyzer with good performance, wide dynamical range, high sensitivity and low cost characteristics designed for multiple measuring systems. The displayer termination of this instrument can be classified two: one is embedded termination based on WinCE integrated with the instrument, the other is PC. Exchange data between acquisition module of front end and display analysis termination by USB bus. This item is a research project of Shanghai Science and Technique Committee. The thesis includes four parts as follow: First, a sketch of the electrofluorescence mechanism, the origin and current situation of electrochemiluminescence devices is given. Then, introduce the overall design program, especially hardware design of the data acquisition and transceiver module, and exited signal generator module. Also expatiate on the software and implement of the two modules.After, the driver design and implement of the instrument based on WinCE in ARM 9 embedded system environments is introduced. Finally, check functions of the sample instrument and analyze the result. The main contributions given by the author is:1 . Take part in the research of the general program for Universal Electrochemiluminescence analyzer2. Develop the data acquisitions and transceiver module, which take charge of collecting data, and transferring commands and perimeters as a interface with the termination.3. Develop the excited signal generate module, which can apply excited signal such as saw-tooth waveform, linear trace, constant level, impulse wave and square wave.4. Drive USB based on WinCE platform in ARM9 embedded system enviorment.
